From S. Ansano’s location you have many advantages because it’s easy to arrive, quickly, to the mountain Amiata where, in the summer, you can do beautiful walks in the footpaths of the forest and, in the winter, you can sky.

The Orcia Valley with its typical medieval and renaissance villages (Pienza and Montalcino are among the most famous) offers you many possibilities of a cultural tourism following the medieval Francigena road. In the area you will find also some very well known spas like Bagni Vignoni and Bagni San. Filippo, where you can swim in a hot and healthy water and relax living in a symbiotic relationship whit the nature. 

How to get there:

From Rome of Florence:

Motor way A1, exit Chiusi - Chianciano Terme, follow the directions to Chianciano and then to SSN2 CASSIA. Arrived right to turn for Gallina.

From Fiorence of Rome:

Motor way A1, exit VALDICHIANA, follow the direction to Torrita di Siena and then to Pienza. When you reach Pienza drive 9 Km towards Gallina.
