Vino Nobile di Montepulciano
Produced with
giapes selected bunch
by bunch, aged in oak and wild chestnut casks. Starting with a ruby colour
it becomes with prolonged aging and orange colour, assuniing a delicate
perfume of violets and a light bitter taste, that nevertheless goes
perfectly with roasts of game and red meat. Dry to drink, it leaves the
palate completely free and is also excellent as a digestive. It as an
alcholic strength very high, yet remains extraordinarily soft extremely
light to the palate and very delicate in the stomach. For the exacting
connoisseur it is considered amongst the best wines for Italian roasts. It
has been the first Italian wine to obtain the D.O.C.G.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano
This Vmo Nobile is produced with
selected grapes from bunches in the vineyard of St. Giuseppe, one of the
most prestigious of the St. Agnese Estate. Full bodied and at the same
time elegant. The perfect wine to drink with for roasted game, red meat,
and dry cheese (pecorino in particular). |

A red wine produced with Cabemet Sauvignon grapes and
aged in barriques; it can accompany roast piates, but it is
also a wine well thought of for its generai excellence.

A red table wine made with the same grapes as the
Nobile,but and aged longer in casks of muiberry wood that gives it
a particular delicacy.

Vinsanto Toscano
Made from dried grapes hung from
rafters, pressed during the days around Christmas with the must added, for
fermentation during a number of years in small barrels of wood (kegs).
Placed in the roof in order to undergo the variations of climate. It has a
the colour of dark amber, a classic dessert wine. |

Grappa di Vino Nobile
It is a distillation of the grape pulp fresh from the
Vmo Nobile of Montepulciano of this taste estate. Rich in the ‘country’
taste of the countryside, with an intense perfume, but at the same time
delicate.
