Rent-Prizes include: Light, water and gas consumption; bed linen and kitchen cloths; swimming-pools use.

Rent-Prizes do not include: heating consumption and wood for the fireplaces: the guests will pay these costs (when it’ll be necessary) at the end oftheir sojourn, just to the Farm — Administrators.

During the low season, the apartments could be rented for less than a week — even I night, ìfrequired. In these cases, the rent- pnzes will be agreed between the Farm — Administrators and the Guests
