The "PODERE CASALE" is a charming and airy farmhouse, recently restored and immersed in green Tuscan vineyards. Fields of coni and fruit trees flank the wide meadow which opens in front of the country cottage: it over looks a wonderful view of MONTEPULCIANO, reachable in 10 minutes only, through the provincial road that cuts across the shining Tuscan countryside.

PLENZA; CHIANCIANO, CORTONA and many other tourist town are located quite near to the farm house as well.

Because of the centralized position of the cottage, also FIRENZE, SiENA, PISA and all the other beautiful Tuscan provinces are easly reachables. The fami huse offers two roomy flats: each ofthem measures about 90 mq and each ofthem is divided in two bedrooms with two bathrooms and in a large living room with a kitchen.

The house can on the whole hold from eight to ten persons and a garage is annexed as well
