 The Villas La Fraternita, imbedded in the splendid scenery between the Val di Chiana and the Val D'Orcia, is situated 3 km from Montepulciano, the precious Italian Renaissance jewel case keeping rare beauties which make this city known all over the world: culture, art, nature, Italian cuisine and let us not forget the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, one of Tuscany's most appreciated wines.

Thanks to its privileged and solitary position, villas La Fraternita enjoys an extraordinary landscape framed by Montepulciano, Montefollonico, and the striking and wonderful Val di Chiana with a view over Cortona and on the Apennines on the horizon.
Out of the cottage have been made three apartments, completely independent, with spacious rooms inside as well as outside, which allow enjoying a holiday in full independence and intimacy.

Furthermore, in the garden in front of the house, the guests have at their disposal: the swimming pool with deckchairs and parasol, the covered parking and the barbecue.

Thanks to the arrangement of the apartments, everyone at its own side of the cottage, with its own space and an equipped pergola, which guarantee the independence and intimacy of the guests.
