It is on the Cassia Road, close to the village of San Quirico d'Orcia. The restaurant used to be an inn where " knights" would stop to eat, drink, sleep and let their horses drink. The building in front of the inn was a
furnace wh This has lent its name to the restaurant. The restaurant is run by owner Luigina who together with her husband give the guests a warm and friendly welcome. At the end of the meal, guests are invited to leave their comments and suggestions in the guest book, which will be used to continually improve the quality of the restaurant.
